This site and the plans it sells are operated by Youjin Jung, an individual trading as Scelto, in the Republic of Korea. There is no company behind the name. One person, and the engine described on this page. Write to support@sceltokbeauty.com and you are writing to them.

Scelto asks a short questionnaire and builds a shopping plan around what your skin is doing. At launch it will also sell a personalised plan of vetted products, and it offers one-to-one shopping sessions in Seoul, described in their own section below. Today the questionnaire costs nothing. By using the site you agree to what is on this page.

Everything here is cosmetic guidance. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a substitute for someone qualified to give you either. If you have a skin condition, are being treated for one, or are reacting to something, consult a doctor or a pharmacist. We are neither, and no answer you give the analysis changes that.

Joining the waitlist takes an email address and nothing else. No payment is taken, no card is stored, and no obligation is created. Not for you, not for us. You can leave the list at any time and you owe nothing if you never buy.

The plan costs $5. That is the price of the plan: no list price above it, no launch promotion under it, and no discount to wait for. Being on the waitlist does not make it cheaper.

The one optional add-on is extra picks at checkout (2 more for $1 · 4 more for $2 · 6 more for $3), each with its own backup, in categories you choose. Decline them and the plan is complete as it is; nothing else is ever added to the price.

What the waitlist gets is more of the plan: a waitlist member's plan carries 2 extra picks beyond the standard plan, each with its own backup product, at no extra cost, whenever they buy. There is no window to miss. We are aiming to open payment in October.

It is one payment for one plan. There is no subscription, and nothing renews.

A session is guidance in a store: Scelto meets you at an agreed shop in Seoul, walks the aisles with you against your plan, and answers what you ask. We do not sell, stock or handle any product, and no money for products passes through us. You buy from the shop, on the shop's terms.

Sessions are booked by WhatsApp or email and paid in advance by PayPal invoice. The prices are $95 for 60 minutes and $135 for 90 minutes; each includes a personal plan. A booking is confirmed when the invoice is paid.

If you already bought a plan, what you paid for it comes off the session invoice ($5 for a plan bought today). The plan stays yours.

• Cancel 24 hours or more before the session, and the invoice is refunded in full.
• Cancel later than that, or do not come, and it is not refunded. We offer one free reschedule instead, to any time we can both make.
• If we cancel, for any reason, you are refunded in full, and we offer a new time if you want one.

Either of us may end a session early if it is unsafe or if the shop asks us to; a session we end for our own reasons is refunded for the time not used. What is said in the aisle is cosmetic guidance and nothing more. The "Not medical advice" section above applies to every word of it.

Unopened, your plan refunds in full within 14 days, for any reason, no questions asked. The rest of this section is why the line falls where it does.

Your plan is personalised digital content: it is built for your answers alone, and everything it has to give, it gives the first time you read it. That shapes the policy.

• Before you open your plan, you can have your money back, in full, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase. Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@sceltokbeauty.com, and it is done.
• Once you open your plan, the purchase is final. A plan cannot be returned after it has been read, any more than advice can be unheard. Before you open your plan, you will be shown this policy again, with the line that opening means immediate delivery and the end of your right to withdraw. Choosing to open under that line is your express agreement, and it is what these two lines rest on.

Faults are different from regrets. If your plan never arrives, is broken, or is not what these terms describe, we put it right or refund it, opened or not, window or no window. Nothing on this page takes away rights your own consumer law does not allow us to take.

Our recommendations are good-fit suggestions, not guarantees. Two people with the same profile can react differently to the same bottle, and the screen we run cannot know what your skin will do with it.

• Patch-test anything new before you commit to it.
• Stop using anything that irritates, whatever we said about it.
• Treat a plan as a starting point you adjust, not a prescription you follow.

We do not make, stock, ship or sell the products themselves. You buy those from whichever shop you buy them from, on that shop's terms, and prices and availability are theirs to change. How a product earns its place is set out in our method.

Some of the links out to those shops are affiliate links: buy through one and the shop pays us a commission, though we are still not a party to the sale you make with them. Those links are attached to a finished plan, after every pick is locked, so no commission has ever changed what your plan recommends, and there is no step in the build where one could. On the online path the shops are Olive Young Global, and Amazon where Olive Young Global does not sell to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

The site is for your own use. Please do not scrape it, run automated traffic against it, or resell what it gives you. We may decline service to anyone doing so.

The writing, the design, the analysis and the plans on this site belong to us. Read them, use them, print your own plan and carry it into a shop, but do not republish or resell them as your own. Product names and brands mentioned belong to their owners; naming one is not a claim of any relationship with it.

The service is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or our own fraud.

We may update these terms as the product grows; the date at the top is the honest one. If a change affects the launch price we promised you, we will email you rather than quietly edit this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and the Korean courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away protections your own law gives you.
